Apex Drone Supply provides drone replacement parts backed by hands-on drone repair experience.
We did not start as a traditional drone parts trading company.
Before Nanchang Heibuli Trading Co., Ltd. was established in 2026, our team operated a 10-person drone repair workshop in China.
We worked directly with damaged drones, replacement components, electronic boards, cameras, gimbals, motors, structural parts, and many of the components that repair technicians deal with every day.
Through hands-on repair work, we repeatedly encountered the same problem: finding the right drone replacement part can be difficult, and the cost of a brand-new original component can sometimes make a repair unnecessarily expensive.
That experience eventually led us from repairing drones to supplying drone replacement parts.
Today, through Apex Drone Supply, we provide tested used genuine parts, new replacement parts, and aftermarket components to overseas repair shops, wholesalers, resellers, businesses, and individual drone owners.
We Started With Drone Repair, Not Parts Trading
Our understanding of drone parts comes from working with the aircraft themselves.
Before establishing our international parts business, our team repaired drones for customers in China. Different repair jobs exposed us to mechanical damage, electronic faults, worn components, crashed aircraft, and drones that were difficult to repair because replacement parts were no longer readily available.
Working on real repairs taught us that identifying the correct component is just as important as finding one at the right price.
Two parts may look almost identical while having different connectors, mounting points, board revisions, or compatibility requirements.
For a repair technician, ordering the wrong part means more than a return. It can mean additional repair time, additional shipping costs, and a customer waiting longer for their aircraft.
Hands-On Experience With Drone Components
Our technicians work directly with drones and their internal components.
Depending on the fault, a repair may involve disassembly, component replacement, inspection, testing, or more detailed electronic work.
This hands-on experience helps us understand the products we supply from a repair perspective, including their structure, compatibility, common failure points, and replacement requirements.

Some faults require closer inspection of circuit boards and electronic components. Our repair work also includes detailed inspection using professional repair equipment when necessary.

This repair background is particularly useful when customers are unsure which component they need.
Instead of only sending us a product name, customers can provide the drone model, photos of the damaged component, connectors, part numbers, or other available information.
We can then use this information to help identify a suitable replacement option.
Why We Started Supplying Drone Replacement Parts
One of the biggest challenges we encountered through repair work was sourcing replacement parts for older drone models, especially when certain components became difficult to find through normal supply channels.
The DJI Phantom 4 Pro is a good example. Although newer generations of drones have entered the market, many Phantom 4 Pro aircraft are still being used and repaired. As models become older, certain replacement components can become more difficult or expensive to source.
Our workshop continues to receive older drones that customers want to keep operating.
This created a practical sourcing challenge: when new original parts were unavailable, difficult to find, or too expensive for a particular repair, we needed other reliable replacement options.
Over time, sourcing these components for our own repair work developed into a broader parts supply capability.

Situations like this showed us the value of providing buyers with more than one replacement option.
A brand-new original component is not always the only practical solution. Depending on the repair, a tested used genuine component or a suitable aftermarket replacement may offer a more cost-effective alternative.
Tested Used Genuine, New and Aftermarket Drone Parts
Today, Apex Drone Supply provides different sourcing options for different repair and purchasing requirements.
Our current product range includes tested used genuine drone parts, brand-new replacement parts, aftermarket and compatible components, DJI parts, Autel Robotics parts, FPV components, and external drone payload and mounting accessories.
Used genuine parts are particularly important to our business because of our repair background and access to dismantled drone components.
When usable components are recovered from drones, applicable parts can be inspected and tested before being offered for reuse.
For repair shops, this can provide another option when an original new component is expensive, difficult to source, or no longer readily available.
We Clearly Identify Product Condition
We believe buyers should know exactly what type of product they are purchasing.
A used genuine component has previously been installed on or removed from an aircraft. Even when it functions correctly, it may show scratches, installation marks, cosmetic wear, or other signs of previous use.
For this reason, we distinguish between used genuine, brand-new, and aftermarket parts whenever applicable.
Our goal is not to make a used component appear new, but to help customers choose the most suitable option according to condition, availability, repair requirements, and budget.
From Consumer Drones to Professional Drone Applications
Our experience is not limited to consumer camera drones.
We also work with products and components related to professional and agricultural drone applications.

As our international business develops, we plan to continue expanding the range of drone replacement parts and accessories available to overseas customers while building on the repair and sourcing experience we already have.
Built for Repair Shops, Wholesalers and Individual Buyers
Apex Drone Supply was created to bring our drone parts sourcing capabilities directly to overseas customers.
We welcome inquiries from drone repair shops, wholesalers, distributors, resellers, importers, cross-border e-commerce businesses, professional drone users, and individual owners.
Different customers require different quantities. A repair shop may need one difficult-to-find component, while a wholesaler may require dozens or hundreds of parts.
For this reason, we do not impose a fixed minimum order quantity on standard purchases.
Small orders, trial orders, wholesale purchases, and bulk orders are all welcome. For suitable products and projects, OEM and ODM cooperation is also available.
Testing Parts Before Shipment
Our repair background also influences how we approach quality control.
Applicable components are inspected or tested before shipment to help identify obvious functional problems before an order leaves us. This is particularly important for used genuine components.
At the same time, functional testing should not be confused with cosmetic condition. A tested used component may function correctly while still showing scratches, marks, or signs of previous installation.
We prefer to communicate product condition clearly rather than create unrealistic expectations about used parts.
Helping Customers Find the Correct Drone Part
You do not always need to know the exact name of the component before contacting us.
If you are unsure which part you need, send us the drone brand and model, photos of the damaged component, part number if available, connector or mounting-point photos, required quantity, and destination country.
Our repair experience can help with product identification, especially when a customer only has a damaged component or photo for reference.
