At Apex Drone Supply, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and parts.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items may not be eligible for return:

Items that have been installed, used, repaired, modified, or damaged
Items without original packaging or missing accessories
Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse
Clearance items, final sale items, or customized products
Products returned without prior approval

Return Process

To request a return, please contact us first before sending the item back.

Please provide the following information:

Order number
Product name
Reason for return
Photos or videos showing the product condition, if applicable

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if your return is approved.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Cost

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our mistake, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include clear photos or videos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and the issue. After verification, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong part or need a different compatible item, please contact us. We will help you check whether an exchange is possible.

Compatibility Responsibility

Please check product compatibility carefully before placing your order. If you are unsure whether a part is compatible with your drone model, please contact us before purchasing.

Returns caused by customer ordering the wrong model or incompatible part may be subject to return shipping costs and inspection approval.
